I have had this cooker for 18 months now and I can honestly say it’s the worst oven I have ever used. It is hard to light and keeps going out(mine is a gas oven) it doesn’t cook well and baking in it is almost impossible. I made some scones and they burn on the bottom and look uncooked on the top. I have tried to contact customer services several times over the las 18 months without any success. Do yourself a favour and buy a decent cooker elsewhere. I gave it 1star as it looks good !

I bought this cooker 4 weeks ago as I bake a lot and needed an additional oven It was great for space but my first cooking experience was for my Xmas cakes. I put 5 in 3 8 inch square and 2 6 inch square. Put them on fan oven and they took forever to cook nearly double the time. Second attempt Yorkshire puddings 2 lots at once again took double the time of my hot point oven. The shelves have a lip which is great for safety so food doesn’t fall out but it’s difficult to use Yesterday thud attempt carrot cakes cooked them as per my recipes and I’ve gone to cut into them half raw after an hour of cooking Very disappointed. I must say
